A house this good is not a listing. We read it by what it is made of, where it faces, and the light it keeps, and then we write to the few people who should see it. Most of our sales close before anyone else knows the house was for sale.

How we sell

An advisor spends two days at the house with the owner, an architect and a surveyor. We record its materials, sightlines and site, and agree a price we would defend in writing.

Introduce
We write, by name, to buyers already known to our four offices. Each letter describes one house. No photographs leave the office until the owner has approved a viewing.
